Koslen TPU resin S-680ALL features with high melt index typically exhibits lower viscosity compared to TPU grades with lower melt indexes. This reduced viscosity enables easier processing during injection molding, facilitating better flow and filling of complex mold cavities, meanwhile enables faster cycle times during injection molding. S-680ALL offers greater freedom in part design. Its improved flowability allows for the molding of intricate and complex geometries with thin walls. That’s why it been widely used to produce the products that require soft and flexible materials, such as overmolding, gaskets, seals, or cushioning components.
