compared with the test product, the bulk products is with fogging and poor transparency problem.

Technician analyse:

1.Check the temperature of cooling water. Check the mold temperature. Check if the transparency of all the products is uniform.

2.Is the TPU material been fully dried

3.Is the production process of test product and bulk products same?

4.High temperature will be more easier to cause fogging appearance, so can the process temperature been reduced appropriately?

Customer description:

Mold temperature is 55℃. As PC material is also injected in this mold temperature so 55℃ is the lowest temperature can be setting and can’t be lower.

Technician analyse:

Is the processing temperature of bulk products higher than the processing temperature of test products?

Customer description:

Production processing are same. The products is transparency at The first few modules and turn to fogging appearance gradually

Technician analyse:

TPU material for test products and bulk products are the same lot, so we can exclude the effects of material differences. It speculate that the cooling performance influence the transparency which lead to fogging appearance.

1.reduce processing temperature

2.Reduce the mold temperature (the mold temperature of the first few modules will be relatively lower than the subsequent, that’s why it will turn to fogging gradually)

2. increase the injection pressure and reduce the process temperature

Customer description:

Check and solved, but there is another problem. There is a white dot in the feed port where the temperature is hard to low down.

Technician analyse:

Change feed port position to be intake of the circulating cooling water

Customer description:

We use room temperature cooling water and the cycle time is 60s.

Technician analyse:

1.Increase the speed of cooling water

2.Increase the amount of cooling water
