Compared to the usual 1000kg/pallet, It load extra 400kg/pallet and can load 4000kg additional cargo if it load 10 pallets in one container. It greatly saves the customer's ocean freight. Thermoplastic polyurethane S-185AL is polyester based transparent TPU plastic particles with density of1.21±0.02 g/cm3, tensile strength of 250 kgf/cm2, elongation at break of 500%, hardness of 85A±2 A.

S-185AL is widely used in electronic and electrical accessories (watchbands), wires and cables, sports goods (ski goggles), shoe materials (shoe accessories piece), and industrial accessories (water pipe connecting shafts).

Compared with metal materials, TPU products have the advantages of light weight, low noise, wear resistance, low processing costs and corrosion resistance. Compared with plastics, TPU has the advantages of no brittleness, high elasticity and resilience, and high wear and abrasion resistance.
