Today, KUNSUN 40ft full container loading of Thermoplastic Polyurethane TPU Resin S-190AL to Vietnam. In this shipment, 40ft full container loaded with 20 pallets and 25 tons TPU granule.


Thermoplastic polyurethane S-190AL is polyester based transparent TPU plastic particles with density of1.21±0.02 g/cm3, tensile strength of 300 kgf/cm2, elongation at break of 550%, hardness of 91A±2 A.

S-190AL is widely used in wheels, antenna used in BMW car, mobile phone cover.

Compared with metal materials, TPU products have the advantages of light weight, low noise, wear resistance, low processing costs and corrosion resistance. Compared with plastics, TPU has the advantages of no brittleness, high elasticity and resilience, and high wear and abrasion resistance. Compared with rubber, TPU has the advantages of abrasion resistance, cutting resistance, good tear strength, high  load-bearing capabilities, can be processed by potting & pouring, and a wide range of hardness.
